Free Your Breath, Free Your Life


Every morning I practice my downward dog, warrior one & sun salutations. I love getting my daily dose of yoga. I don't do it to fit a trend, I don't go to a fancy studio, I don't have the latest greatest gear - I just do it for me. Although I haven't been doing yoga for very long, I have already noticed a change in my stress levels, flexibility and overall wellness. Sound like an advertisement? Nope! It's the whole hearted truth. I'm still a beginner and I don't plan on running off to India to learn to be an instructor, but for right now I am learning to relax and meditate and I am loving every bit of it.
