Life is Good

Frustration
frus·tra·tion
[fruh-strey-shuhn]
-noun

1. The condition of being frustrated
2. The prevention or hindering of a potentially satisfying activity
3. The emotional reaction to such prevention that may involve aggression

Frustration is a part of life. I get that. I just hate having that feeling; you all know the feeling I'm referring to too. You can't quite decide if you want to scream or cry or just give up all together. But none of these things will relieve those feelings of being frustrated. True, everyone experiences frustration from time to time but an optimist very rarely has these feelings. They don't let the small things in life get them down. An optimist chooses to take life's speed bumps one at a time. They learn from them, and then they move on. Their hopeful outlook on the future is almost contagious...it is contagious. This is definitely what I need to work on today, and not just today but the rest of the month. Being an optimist. I always thought of myself as a pretty optimistic person, but here I am, wallowing in my own frustrations. Today, I am not going to let all my frustrations get the best of me. Sometimes you just need to take a moment to step back and evaluate the person you are becoming. It is never to late to start a new path and create a new direction for your life. Life is a journey, life is beautiful...LIFE IS GOOD! :D

"May the love hidden deep inside your heart find the love waiting in your dreams. May the laughter that you find in your tomorrow wipe away the pain of your yesterdays." -Unknown
